1 pk. manicotti cooked and drained
1 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups mozzarella, shredded
1/2 cup parmesan, grated
1 egg
3 cups- spaghetti sauce (homemade is better but canned will work)
1/2 cup- shredded parmesan for top
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Cook pasta not quite done
Mix all the cheeses and egg together- thick filling
Fill pasta tubes
Spread thin layer of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan
Lay filled pasta over sauce
Sprinkle with shredded cheese
Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes.
Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer
Let sit 15 minutes on top of oven
