1 Italian baguette, cut in 1/2" slices
1/2 cup Primo 100% pure olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Primo Roasted peppers (rinsed and patter dry)
1/4 cup Primo pitted black olives, chopped
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat broiler. Heat up mixture of oil and garlic until fragrant. Arrange baguette slices on large baking sheet. Using all but 1 tbsp. of oil, brush one side of each slice with garlic oil.
Broil about 1 minute until golden; turn and toast other side.
Slice peppers into thin strips and combine with the rest of the ingredients and left over garlic oil.
Place under broiler until warm. Makes about 36 appetizers.
