1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 cups finely shredded old cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. table cream
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
Chopped parsley
Salt and Pepper
Chopped pecans or walnuts
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, add cheddar cheese, cream, onion, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard. Beat until thoroughly combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until firm enough to form into a ball. Roll ball in chopped parsley and nuts.
Store in refrigerator. Remove 15 minutes before serving.
