3 cups macaroni
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 cups milk
1 cup grated old cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Method: Cook macaroni accordingly to directions on package. Melt butter, add flour and stir until bubbling. Gradually add milk, stir constantly until smooth and thickened. Add grated cheese and stir until melted; blend in seasonings. Place a layer of macaroni in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Cover with a layer of cheese sauce. Repeat procedure until dish is full, ending with cheese sauce.
Break up bread and stick on top along with a little grated cheese.

Bake at 375ºF for 25-30 minutes.
