MIX IN A GALLON ZIPLOCK BAG OR LARGE BOWL
Soak thawed chicken breast in a bowl of Buttermilk/milk for 20-30 minutes.

1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup flour
2 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven 400º. Cut 1/2 stick butter into a few pieces and place in 9 x 13 pan. Melt butter in pre-heated oven.
Spread melted butter around the bottom of the pan. Make sure that there are no dry spots.
Shake excess milk off chicken and completely coat pieces with seasoning mix. You can either shake the chicken in bag or dip in bowel until chicken is completely covered.
Place chicken on baking pan. Cook 20 minutes. Turn each piece and continue cooking 20 minutes more until cooked through.
