2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour and dry mustard.
Gradually stir in milk. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir until melted. Salt to taste. Pour over your favourite vegetables.
