Ingredients:  
3 cup maple syrup
1 cup thin cream
3 T butter
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nutmeats

Directions:
Directions:
Boil syrup and butter together until mixture will form a soft ball when tried in cold water. Add cream slowly, in order that boiling will not stop. Cook to the soft ball stage again. Cool. Beat until creamy, add vanilla and nuts. Pour into buttered pan, cut in squares.
