5 c. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
7 1/2 c. Raisin Bran
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped pecans
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 qt. buttermilk
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl. Stir in cereal. Add buttermilk, oil and eggs, blend well. *(Mixture may be stored, covered in a non metallic bowl in the refrigerator for up to six weeks.) Fill lightly greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes.
