Directions: |
Directions:Clean chicken. Season as desired. Place in the oven in a covered casserole or pan, at 400º for 20-30 minutes, depending on the pieces of chicken you're cooking.
Sauce: In a mixing bowl, mix together mayonnaise, honey mustard, parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning. You may also throw in a dash of other seasonings to taste. Be careful not to make it too salty.
After the 20-30 minutes of bake time, brush both sides of the chicken with the sauce mixture. Leave them uncovered and return to the oven to bake for 5-7 more minutes. Turn chicken once. Apply more sauce. Bake for 5-7 more minutes or until sauce is golden brown. Internal temperature should be 165º. |

Notes: This is a favorite in my family. It started as a recipe from the back of a container that I have altered to make my own over the years.
