2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 lbs Ground Beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
3 tbsp Flour
1 can Tomatoe Soup
1 can of water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 clove of Garlic, minced
1 tsp Seasoning powder
1/4 l Taco Seasoning, optional.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil. Brown hamburger, onion & Celery until brown. Sprinkle flour overtop and stir.

Add soup & water stirring until boiling. Add salt, pepper, seasoning powder & taco seasoning. Add more water if necessary to thin a bit.

Spoon over toasted buns.
