1 yellow cake mix
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 egg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
1-12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
2/3 cup white corn syrup
1/4 cup margarine or butter
2 cups crispy rice cereal
1 cup salted peanuts or sunflower nuts

CRUST: Combine cake mix, margarine & egg, mix until crumbly. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350º F for 12-18 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and spread with marshmallows. bake about 5 minutes or until they are puffy.

TOPPING: Melt butterscotch chips; mix in margarine and corn syrup. Remove from heat and stir in cereal and nuts. spoon over marshmallows; spread to cover. Chill and cut into bars
