½ cup salad oil
1/8 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup white vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1/8 tsp white pepper

1 lb. shredded green cabbage
½ lb. shredded red cabbage
1 green pepper, finely chopped
½ large onion, diced
½ carrot, grated
1 (2oz) jar pimientos, slivered

Directions:

Combine the first 8 ingredients and boil rapidly for 1 minute. Mix thoroughly and combine with vegetables. Refrigerate several hours or overnight before serving
