2 pkg. saltine crackers, broken
4-5 hard- boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 cup diced celery
1 onion, diced
Sprig of parsley
Chicken broth with water to make 3 cups
Flour to thicken

Directions:
Directions:
Combine crackers, celery, eggs, onion and parsley in large bowl. Make gravy with chicken broth, water and flour to thicken. Bring to a boil. ( Gravy should be rather thin.) Pour over cracker mixture, boiling hot, just before serving.

Our family has always had cracker dressing instead of of traditional dressing as long as I can remember.
