1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter melted
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. ground cardamom
6 cups Rice Chex mix
2 cups minature pretzel twists
1 cup whole almonds no salt
1 cup coconut
1 cup dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 250
Heat sugar, butter, honey and cardamom in a saucepan and bring to boil. Remove from
heat and cool. Spray a roasting pan with cooking spray. Combine Chex, pretzels, almonds and coconut in the roaster. Stir in brown sugar mixture until well coated. Bake 50 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Spread on wax paper to cool. Stir in dried cranberries.
