6 Medium Potatoes
2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Butter
1-1/2 c. Sour Cream
1/3 c. Chives
1 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
2 T. Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes in their skins. When cool enough to handle, shred coarsely. Over low heat or in microwave, melt cheese and butter. Remove from heat. Add sour cream, chives, and salt and pepper. Fold sauce into shredded potatoes and dot with butter.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
