2 lg. pkgs. wings (family pack), cut in thirds or drumettes
5 oz. soy sauce
2 tsp. ginger
2 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except chicken. Place chicken in mixture in a non-aluminum container. Marinate chicken 4-6 hours in refrigerator. Place in a 9 x 13 inch pan with marinate mixture and bake at 350 for one hour or longer, or after the first hour place in crock pot on low for 2 to 4hours.

Can be eaten anytime after the first hour of baking. Longer cooking time adds more flavor.
