1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Italian Sausage
2 tsps. salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cut bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 c parmesan cheese
spaghetti sauce
Block of Mozzerella cheese

Directions:

Cook ground beef and Italian sausage and drain

Mix cooked meat with other ingredients in a large bowl.

Cut mozzerella cheese into medium size cubes.

Make 1 1/2" meatball and stuff cube of cheese into the center completely surrounding the cheese. Continue until all the meat and cheese has been used.

Pour spaghetti sauce in the bottom of crock pot and place meat balls on top of spaghetti sauce.

Cook on high for 2 - 2 1/2 hours on high.
