               Tropical Dreams

  20    ready-to-serve filo dough mini cups
  4      oz  cream cheese
  1/2   cup  powdered sugar
  1/2   cup  Cool Whip
  2      cups  combination of fresh pineapple, kiwi, strawberries and bananas -- coarsely
chopped by hand
  3/4   cup  flake coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Set filo dough mini cups on cookie sheet and bake @350 degrees until lightly browned and crispy (10-15 minutes).  Cool.

Mix together cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip until light and fluffy.  Set aside.

Sprinkle fruit with Fruit Fresh to keep fruit from turning brown.  Mix well.

Place  coconut in a small non-stick skillet on medium heat.  Stir until lightly toasted.  Pour onto paper towel to cool.

Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture in bottom of each filo dough mini cup.  Fill mini cup with fresh fruit, top with sprinkles of coconut. 
Chill.  Serve.
