2 lbs. pork sausage (bacon or ham)
12 eggs
2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
4 cups of milk
6 slices of bread cubed
1 tsp. of dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork sausage and drain. Placed cubed bread chunks in bottom of lightly buttered 9x13 cake pan. Put pork sausage on top of bread. Beat eggs and seasoning pour on top of meat and bread sprinkle grated cheese on top. Place in refrigerator covered overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
