crushed ice
1 1/2 cups Pom Pomegranate Juice
4 oz. vodka
1 oz. Cointreau
splash of fresh lime or lemon juice
pomegranate seeds, garnish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
In a martini shaker filled with crushed ice, add pomegranate juice, vodka, Cointreau, and a splash of lime or lemon juice. Shake well. Pour into 2 martini glasses. Garnish with pomegranate seeds (optional) in the bottom of the glasses.

Mom and I were watching the Oprah Show when she shared this recipe. It's a perfect drink for Christmas and is packed with antioxidants. Careful, you can't taste the alcohol, so it's easy to over-imbibe in the name of the holiday spirit!
