1 pound Ground Beef
1 package Taco seasoning
1 can (15oz) Pinto beans, mashed
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown beef with onion, drain.
2. Add taco seasoning and the amount of water recommended on the packet.
3. Add Rotel, beans and cheese.
4. Heat thoroughly.
5. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or keep warm in a crock pot.
