1/2 lb. beef tenderloin cut into bite-size pieces
2 T. cooking oil
1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
2 c. LaChoy frozen pea pods (1 6 oz. pkg.)
1 tsp. salt
rice (already prepared)

Marinade:
2 T. red wine
2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. corn starch

Directions:
Directions:
Make marinade. Add meat and marinate for at least 5 minutes. Heat oil; add beef (including marinade). Sauté over high heat until beef color changes. Add pea pods, mushrooms, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring constantly. Serve with rice.
