2-3 Lg Sweet Potatoes
1 c Brown Sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c Orange Juice
1/2 c Pineapple Juice
1/2 stick Butter
3 tbsp Honey
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
2 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Salt
Marshmallows for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes until 3/4 done (still firm, just beginning to soften). Cool, peel, and cut into thick slices. In big sauce pan, add all other ingredients (except marshmallows). Cook over Med heat until thick and bubbly. Add potatoes and simmer until potatoes are soft. Put potatoes and sauce into 9" x 13" pan, cover with marshmallows. Bake at 400 for 10 mins or until marshmallows are browned.
