2 cans of Pink Salmon, (remove bones)
2 Eggs
12 Saltine Crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. If too juicy to make into patties, add more crushed crackers. If too dry, add a little milk to moisten.

Make into patties and fry in a skillet with a little oil to prevent sticking. Flip when browned on each side.
