5 pound of red potatoes
2 cloves of garlic
A sprig of rosemary
2 tbsp. of olive oil
3 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper

Directions:

*pre heat oven to 475º *
1. Wash red potatoes
2. Mince the garlic
3. Chop rosemary (very fine)
4. Cut potatoes into quarters
5. mix in bowl the red potatoes, salt, pepper, rosemary, garlic and oil into a bowl ad mix well
6. place all the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
