1 8oz block of cream cheese (softened)
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp brown sugar
Caramel sundae topping
Skor candy bits

4-6 medium apples
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together , cream cheese, vanilla and brown sugar.
Using the back of a large spoon evenly spread mixture along bottom and part way up edges of a round glass pie plate or wide flat serving dish.
Then spread thin layer of caramel all over cream cheese until coated.
Sprinkle a layer of Skor candy bits all over carame.l
Cut up apples into wedges and serve
