1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c Crisco shortening
2 eggs
2 3/4 c Flour
2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.
Mix 1 1/2 c sugar, shortening, and eggs. Stir in flour, cream of tartar, and baking soda. chill dough. Roll dough into 1" balls. Combine 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. roll cookies in this mixture. Place on baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, cool completely on wire racks.
