8-10 Pork chops
3/4 of a 500ml container of sour cream
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
3-5 tbsp curry powder
2-4 cups hash browns ( partly thawed)
1-2 cups of canned and drained or frozen corn
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place pork chops in deep frying pan with lid and 1-2 cups of water.
Boil chops until no pink.
In large 9x13 glass pan mix sour cream,soup,and curry powder together well.
Add hashbrowns,and corn and mix throughout (salt & pepper as desired).
Place cooked Pork chops in mixture .
layering as needed to fit and cover with sauce.
Sprinkle shredded cheese all over top .
Bake at 350º until bubbling throughout.

This is a made up recipe so adjust ingredients as you need to suit taste and number of servings.

This was an experiment gone right ,and has been enjoyed for many years in our home and shared multiple times as a freezer meal for our friends and neighbors.
