8 c. rhubarb, cut up
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Topping:
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rhubarb, sugar, 4 tbsp. flour and cinnamon together. put in greased 9x13" pan. Mix topping together and put on top. Bake for 40 minutes at 350º
