2 1/4 Cup Cornmeal
3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 Tsp. Salt
1 1/2 Cup Buttermilk
2 Tsp. Onion Flakes
Butter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cornmeal, salt, onion and soda. Add buttermilk, mix well. Heat fat or oil to 375. Drop batter by spoonfuls into hot fat. Fry until brown, about 2 min. Serve with butter.
