1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Topping:
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 tbsp. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, sugar and egg. Stir in flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well. Add vanilla, mix.
Pour half of batter into 8"x8" pan. Sprinkle half of topping over batter. Carefully spoon rest of batter on top, then sprinkle rest of topping.
Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
