4 pints whipping cream
2 pints half & half Cream
1 cup flour or so
2 cups sugar
1 cup cooked rice
cinnamon & white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Using a 5 quart kettle, pour in whipping cream and half & half. Bring to a boil. Start adding flour a little bit at a time stirring constantly to keep from getting lumps. Add sugar and cooked rice. cook on low for 5 minutes.
serve in a bowl with cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on top, some even like a dab of real butter on it. may be served hot or cold.
Good luck it can be tricky!
