3/4 c Flour
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
3/4 c Milk
3 tbsp Crisco, melted
1 1/2 c Bran Flakes cereal

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, add baking powder, salt, and sugar. Sift again. Combine milk and egg. Add to flour mixture, add melted Crisco, then mix only long enough to dampen flour. Fold in bran flakes. Fill greased muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake @ 425 for 15-20 minutes.
