1 8-oz package low fat cream cheese (softened)
2 egg yolks
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
About 12 slices of your favorite bread
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Approximately twelve mushrooms, washed and thinly sliced

Directions:

Mix together softened cream cheese with 2 egg yolks. Add seasonings and mix until smooth.
Trim crusts off bread slices and cut each slice into 4 pieces. Spread each small square with a thick layer of mayonnaise. Place a slice of mushroom on each bread square, Cover the mushroom with a dollop of the cream cheese/egg mixture. Brown the mushroom squares under broiler or in a 450 degree oven until cheese puffs up and turns brown. Edges of bread wll brown also..

These freeze well, but freeze before browning.
