1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup butter
2 quarts rhubarb or apples
1 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, soda, salt, brown sugar, oatmeal together cut in butter making it crumbly. put half of the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan 9x13 pat down. Cover with rhubarb and white sugar mixture, cover with remaining crumbs. Bake 1 hour 350 until golden brown. Let cool serve with ice cream if desired. May also use apples.
