1 c Oatmeal
1/2 c Butter
1 c Brown Sugar, packed
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 c Sugar
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 c Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/4 c Boiling Water
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs

Topping:
1/4 c Butter, melted
1/2 c Nuts, chopped
1/2 c Brown Sugar, packed
1 c Coconut, flaked
1/4 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Put oatmeal in bowl, pour boiling water over it and let stand for 20 minutes. Cream butter with sugar and brown sugar. Beat eggs and mix into butter mixture. Stir in flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and baking soda. Stir into oatmeal mixture and blend well. Pour into 8" square baking pan. Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes. Spread with topping and serve.

Topping: Mix all ingredients well.
