1 Bag of Oreida Potatoes Obrien
1½. lbs ground beef
10 oz. sour cream
1 can of cream of chicken
2 cups of shredded cheese (I like Kraft Cheese blend w/the Philadelphia cream cheese, makes it creamier)
cornflakes

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the frozen potatoes in the casserole dish (13x9 glass). Brown the ground beef and season it, once it is cooked and drained layer on top of potatoes. In a bowl mix sour cream, cream of chicken and 2 cups of cheese then spread it on top of the ground beef. Crumble up cornflakes to cover the entire top of the casserole, then melt like 2 tablespoons of butter and drizzle over the top. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
