1 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/8 tsp. salt
3 cups flour (can use part whole wheat flour)
2 slight tsp. fast acting yeast (can use bread machine yeast in the brown jar)
1 egg

Directions:
Heat milk about 45 seconds in microwave and put in bread machine. Add other ingredients in order. Start using dough cycle. (Takes about 1 1/2 hours) When done shape into buns. Let rise (30-60 minutes) bake for 12 minutes at 350º. Makes approx. 16.
