1½ lbs. ham
1 lb. lean pork (grind these 2 together)
2 eggs
1 cup finely crushed soda crackers
1 cup chopped onion (optional)

1¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup vinegar
½ cup water
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
¼ cup prepared mustard
1 - 6 oz. can frozen orange juice

Grind ham and pork together. Mix ham, pork, eggs, onions & soda crackers together and form into small meat balls (hors d’oeuvre size) or form into large meat balls for a meal. Pour sauce over these and bake for 2 hours at 325º. These are delicious.
