3 c. large flake oats
3/4 c. raw sunflower seeds
1/4 c. sesame seeds
3/4 c. sliced almonds
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. honey
1/2 cup wheat germ (optional)
1/2 c. sliced dried apricots
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Toast the oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and sliced almonds for about 10 minutes in heated oven.
3. Meanwhile, in a sauce pan, gently heat the butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and honey -- stirring to incorporate the flavours.
4. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
5. Line baking tray with parchment paper and spread mixture evenly. Bake for 15-18 minutes until crisp. Crumble. May cool and store or serve warm.
