1 lb. ground beef
2 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 Tbsp. butter
Chow Mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in butter until tender. Set this mixture aside. Brown ground beef and drain. Mix with soups, celery and onions. Spread noodles in bottom of a 9x13 inch cake pan or similar size baking dish. Pour ground beef mixture over noodles. Sprinkle a few more noodles on top. Bake at 325º for about 40 minutes.
