3-4 Bananas, ripe
1 c Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 c Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 c Nuts, chopped
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/3 c Butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mash bananas, add sugar, egg, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients...flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and chopped nuts, if desired.
Put in greased bread pan and bake @ 350º for 60 mins.
