1 1/3 c. chopped broccoli (frozen or fresh)
1 1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked chicken (or ham or 1 can salmon), chopped
2/3 c. onion, chopped
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F. Grease 10-inch pie plate.
2. Mix broccoli, cheese, meat, and onion in pie plate.
3. Put milk, eggs, Bisquick, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper into blender. Blend for 15 seconds on high speed.
4. Pour over pie plate mixture. Bake for 30-35 mins. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool for 5-10 minutes to set further. Serves 6.
