2 lbs Ground Beef
1/4 c Onion, chopped
1 can Peas and Carrots (lg)
1 c Potatoes, cooked and diced
1 can Country Style Biscuits
2 tbsp Beef drippings
2 tbsp Flour
2 c Water
2 tbsp Catsup
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onions, drain. Mix water, catsup, and flour with fat from cooked beef to make gravy. Combine meat, peas and carrots, potatoes and gravy mixture. Place in a 9" x 13" baking dish. Place biscuits on top. Bake @ 450º until biscuits are brown. (You may want to flip biscuits over halfway through cooking to make sure the bottom gets done too.)
