Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 to 5 c. all purpose flour (divided)
1 box (9 oz.) one layer white cake mix
2 pkgs. (1/4-oz. each) quick-rise yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 c. warm water (120-130°F)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Raisins & walnuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water. Mix until smooth. Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
2. Turn out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth -- about 6 to 8 min.
3. Roll dough into 9x18" rectangle. Spread with butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. (I add raisins & walnuts.)
4. Roll dough jelly-roll style, starting with the long end. Slice the roll into 1" circles and place on greased cookie sheets.
5. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 15 minutes.
6. Bake at 350°F for 15-18 min. Frost if desired. (I make frosting out of creamed butter combined with icing sugar.)
