3-4 ripe bananas
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a large bowl, mix butter and mashed bananas. Mix in sugar, egg and vanilla. Sprinkle baking soda and salt over mixture and stir in. Add flour last and mix well.
3. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hr. but check after 50 min. When toothpick comes out clean, bread is done.
