1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. shortening, oil or melted butter

1. Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients (may use pastry blender). Store in fridge if making ahead.
2. Substitute for 1 c. of Bisquick in a recipe.
