1 15oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained, (I use Progresso or Bush)
1 15.5oz. can corn drained
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup coarsely chopped green pepper (about 1/2 pepper)
1/4 cup cilantro finely chopped
1 med tomato, coarsely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1-2 cloves garlic minced or chopped
6 tbsp. vegetable oil
6 tbsp. lime juice

Mix all ingredients together
