1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar tightly packed
3 Eggs
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda (for indigestions that follow)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 2/3 cups (28 oz. jar) Mince Meat
2 cups course chopped English walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in bowl until fluffy.
Add eggs; mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients.
Alternating with condensed milk. Blend.
Stir in mincemeat and walnuts.
For cupcakes, bake 35 minutes in 350 oven.
For cookies, bake 12-15 minutes on greased cookie sheet in 350 oven.
