Ingredients:  
1 quart milk
1/2 cup long cooking rice
1/2 cup sugar
Nutmeg & Cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the rice, milk and sugar on top of stove until the rice softens.
Mix in, if desired, the raisins, and pour all in to buttered casserole.
Sprinkle in nutmeg and cinnamon
Place and cook in 350º oven for one half hour.
